Chad represents clients in federal court and in arbitration proceedings.

Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for Chief Judge Colm F. Connolly of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.  Chad earned his B.S.E. cum laude in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University and his J.D. cum laude from New York University School of Law.  At NYU, he received the Desmarais Law and Technology scholarship and finished as a regional finalist in the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition.  Chad also served as a research assistant for Professor Arthur Miller and helped revise Wright & Miller’s Federal Practice and Procedure.
