Tokyo-based partner Maxwell “Mac” Fox moderated a panel at IAM IPBC Asia on recent patent litigation and PTAB developments in the United States on November 30, 2023. The event brought together the region’s most senior thought-leaders and decision makers involved in global IP issues. The panelists discussed recent developments in patent litigation at the U.S. International Trade Commission, proposed reforms at the PTAB and to U.S. patent law on patent-eligible subject matter, and updates regarding patent litigation between biologic innovators and makers of biosimilar drugs.
