Partner Megan Raymond was nominated for World IP Review’s 2024 Most Influential Women in IP list, which features the top 50 most influential women working in intellectual property law.
Megan is one of the foremost practitioners of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), where she has handled more than 100 proceedings since it was founded in 2012. These include wins for Novo Nordisk, the maker of Ozempic and the most valuable company in Europe by market cap, and Twitter. Megan is a leader within the PTAB Bar Association and was recently elected its Vice President, a culmination of her dedication to the association and her efforts to advance diversity in the legal profession.
