Associate Philip May was awarded High Honors on the 2023 Capital Pro Bono Honor Roll for his outstanding commitment to pro bono service. Philip contributed more than 100 hours of pro bono service last year, including securing an important win blocking an Idaho law that would ban gender-affirming healthcare for transgender youth.
The Pro Bono Honor Roll was created by the DC Courts in partnership with the DC Access to Justice Commission and the DC Bar Pro Bono Center. For 2023, more than 5,000 attorneys registered for the Honor Roll, with 56% qualifying for the High Honor Roll.
