Groombridge, Wu, Baughman & Stone LLP partner Jennifer Rea Deneault has been named to Benchmark Litigation’s 2026 40 & Under List.

Jenna has more than a decade of experience litigating patent infringement cases in trial and appellate courts, representing clients across technical areas ranging from small molecules to software. She is currently on the lead counsel team for 10x Genomics and Stanford University in litigation in the District of Delaware involving patents on single-cell sequencing technology, and also serves on the lead counsel team for Amicus Therapeutics in a Hatch-Waxman matter. Before joining private practice, Jenna was a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and clerked in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

This marks Jenna’s third consecutive year on Benchmark’s 40 & Under List. She has also been named to the Lawdragon 500 Leading Lawyers in America and received LMG Life Sciences’ US Rising Star – Intellectual Property award.
