Groombridge, Wu, Baughman & Stone LLP partner Megan Raymond has been named to the Forbes 2026 list of America’s Top Lawyers, which recognizes private practice attorneys across the country for their track records, influence within their fields, and standing among peers and clients. Megan is one of 18 intellectual property attorneys recognized on Forbes’ list.
Megan is a go-to practitioner for patent litigation matters as well as post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. She serves as president of the PTAB Bar Association and is the primary author of PLI’s treatise on post-grant proceedings before the PTAB. Megan was also named to Forbes’ inaugural America’s Top Women Lawyers list earlier this year.
The Forbes list evaluates attorneys based on outside nominations, independent research, and a proprietary scoring methodology, with particular weight given to attorneys’ most recent professional accomplishments. Selection is merit-based, with no fee required for consideration.
