Alex Evelson represents clients in patent litigation matters.
Before joining the firm, Alex clerked for Judge Tiffany P. Cunningham on the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He previously clerked for Chief Judge Colm F. Connolly on the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
Alex graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology with a B.S.E. in Computer Engineering and a B.S. in Business Analytics, summa cum laude. He then concurrently earned his M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Stanford University School of Engineering and his J.D. from Stanford Law School. While in law school, Alex served as editor in chief of the Stanford Technology Law Review, participated in the Juelsgaard Intellectual Property and Innovation Clinic, and was the head research assistant for the Stanford Non-Practicing Entity Litigation Database.
Alex is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
