Allison has represented patent clients in jury trials in federal district court, in administrative proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and in appellate proceedings.
Her practice also includes pro bono representation in matters related to family law, immigration, and reproductive rights.
Allison received her B.A. in Physics magna cum laude from Franklin & Marshall College and her J.D. magna cum laude from Boston University School of Law, where she was a member of the Boston University Law Review.
Allison was named to the 2024, 2025, and 2026 Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation List, which highlights 500 future leaders of the profession across all fields of law. Allison was also named a finalist for the 2026 Euromoney Women in Business Law Americas Award, North America: Intellectual Property Rising Star.
