Chih-wei represents clients in federal district courts, primarily in matters involving biologics and biotechnology.
Chih-wei also represents clients in civil rights pro bono matters, including cases concerning anti-Asian hate.
Chih-wei received his B.S. in Biological Chemistry from the University of Chicago and his J.D., with Honors, from the George Washington University Law School, where he was a Notes Editor of the George Washington Law Review.
