Founding partner Jennifer Wu was honored by the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) with the 2023 Pro Bono Award at its anniversary gala on November 11.

The annual award recognizes an attorney or a team of attorneys for outstanding achievements in pro bono service that involved impact litigation to advance or protect civil rights or provided direct legal services to individuals in the furtherance of the administration of justice.

As part of her pro bono practice, Jennifer represents several Asian-American victims of racially motivated violence and their families. She received the New York Law Journal’s Diversity Initiative Award in 2022 in recognition of her pro bono work. She is also a co-chair of the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY)’s Women’s Committee and a member of the Board of Trustees for NYU School of Law.

NAPABA is the largest Asian Pacific American membership organization representing the interests of 60,000 attorneys, judges, law professors, and law students.
