We are pleased to announce that Groombridge, Wu, Baughman & Stone has been selected as one of four finalists for Benchmark Litigation’s “Intellectual Property Firm of the Year” for 2024. The annual award recognizes the country’s most distinguished law firms for their exemplary work in intellectual property over the past year.
Coming at Groombridge, Wu’s one-year anniversary, this selection reflects the market’s recognition of the firm’s leading role in intellectual property litigation—whether in courts, arbitrations, the International Trade Commission, or before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Over the past year, the firm has, for example, secured major victories on behalf of Novo Nordisk relating to its leading diabetes and obesity drug treatments, as well as Genentech for its breakthrough Hemophilia A treatment.
The winner will be announced in March at the Benchmark Litigation US Awards 2024.
