The win, announced at the Benchmark Litigation US Awards 2024 in New York City on March 13, 2024, comes just four months after Groombridge Wu’s one-year anniversary. Since its founding in November 2022, the firm has secured major victories on behalf of clients, including Novo Nordisk for its blockbuster diabetes and obesity drug treatments and Genentech for a breakthrough Hemophilia A treatment. The honor reflects the market’s recognition of the firm’s leading role in intellectual property litigation—whether in courts, arbitrations, the International Trade Commission, or before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
