Partner Megan Raymond spoke on a Practicing Law Institute (PLI) panel titled “Strategic Use of Inter Partes Review and Other Proceedings at the Patent Office to Challenge Validity.” The panel, part of PLI’s “Fundamentals of Patent Litigation 2024” program, discussed post-grant review and other procedures at the PTO for challenging patents and assessed the impact of inter partes review (IPR) on a patent case.
Megan is one of the top 50 women in Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) trials, representing clients in over 100 post-grant proceedings to date. She is currently ranked in Chambers USA as an Up-and-Coming practitioner for Intellectual Property: Patent.
