Partners Steve Baughman and Megan Raymond have been selected to the 2024 Washington DC Super Lawyers list, an honor reserved for lawyers who exhibit excellence in practice. Only 5% of attorneys in Washington DC receive this distinction, which is determined using a patented selection process based on peer nominations, evaluations, and independent research.
Both Steve and Megan are nationally recognized as two of the foremost practitioners at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Steve was recently named PTAB Practitioner of the Year at the 2024 Managing IP Americans Awards. Megan was nominated for World IP Review’s 2024 Most Influential Women in IP list, is the author of Post-Grant Proceedings Before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (Second Edition), and was recently elected Vice President of the PTAB Bar Association.
