Peter represents pioneering pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in all stages of patent litigation, including trials and appeals.
He has litigated complex patent disputes in a wide array of areas, including foundational antibody technology, transgenic animal models, pharmaceutical manufacturing, chromatography, DNA sequencing, novel treatments for life-threatening diseases, and biosimilar challenges under the BPCIA. Peter has also litigated patents regarding internet technologies, semiconductors, and LEDs.
Peter received his J.D. from New York University. He also received a Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Biology and Philosophy from Reed College.
