Reginald is a seasoned intellectual property litigator with extensive experience in patent, trade secret, and trademark litigation, including presenting opening statements and Markman argument and examining trial witnesses. He has represented Fortune 500 technology companies in high-stakes litigation in various federal district courts and the International Trade Commission.
His technical experience is focused on sophisticated, state-of-the-art computer technology, such as 5G cellular communication, AI, drone control, cloud computing/virtualization, networking, coding algorithms, semiconductor chip architecture, electronic payment systems, radar and sonar, power systems, automated manufacturing algorithms, and hardware and software related to PCs, mobile phones, and audio speakers. He is also experienced in pharmaceutical patent litigation.
In addition to experience from private practice, Reginald served as Senior Counsel for the United States International Trade Commission, where he was recognized with the Commission’s Superior Accomplishment Award for exceptional contributions.
Reginald holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Old Dominion University. He began his technical career as an engineer for two major Department of Defense contractors, gaining invaluable experience before transitioning to a legal career. He earned his J.D. from William and Mary Law School.
