
Rebecca Fett
CounselRebecca specializes in biotechnology patent litigation, and has more than ten years of experience representing innovator companies in patent cases concerning large-molecule biologics.
She has litigated patents on monoclonal antibodies, protein therapeutics, genome sequencing, diagnostic methods, and small-molecule pharmaceuticals.
Rebecca has a B.S. in molecular biotechnology and biochemistry from the University of Sydney, where she graduated first in her class. She also has a Bachelor of Laws (first class honors) from the University of Sydney and the New York University School of Law. Rebecca is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
An avid science writer, Rebecca has also authored four books that bring an evidence-based approach to health topics, including the best-selling fertility book, It Starts with the Egg.
