Zoya Terrasi, CPA is a senior finance executive with more than two decades of experience leading global accounting and finance functions. She holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Accounting, graduating summa cum laude from the School of Management at Binghamton University.

Throughout her career, Zoya has led financial reporting, accounting operations, treasury management, budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, and business partnering across multinational operations. Her expertise spans U.S. GAAP compliance, international finance operations, financial systems implementations, process improvement, internal controls, and organizational transformation.
