Partner Nick Groombridge co-moderated a panel on “Patent Remedies” on June 30, 2023 at the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s 2023 Bench & Bar Conference. The panelists, the Honorable Colm Connolly (D. Del.), the Honorable Rodney Gilstrap (E.D. Tex.), and the Honorable Clark S. Cheney (ITC), discussed the procedural, practical, and policy concerns that come into play when requesting, enforcing, and complying with injunctions, cease and desist orders, and exclusion orders in the district court and the ITC.
