Ben Hsu represents clients involved in patent disputes in federal district courts and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Ben received his B.S. in Biological Sciences and B.A. in Neuroscience from the University of Chicago and his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School. During law school, he was a Notes Editor for the AIPLA Quarterly Journal, was a research assistant for Dean John M. Whealan, and interned for Judge Raymond T. Chen at the U.S. Court of the Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
